Econocorp, Model 5777, automatic, single head hot melt glue, tray former. Rated from 5 to 20 trays per minute – depending on materials, application and machine configuration. Tray size range: 8" to 15" in Length; 6" to 12" in Width; 1" to 5" in Height. Equipped with blank tray magazine, (4) suction cup, vacuum, recipicating pick-in-place, single pneumatic tray forming ram head and Nordson hot melt glue system. Control panel has push button start stop jog reset, on off switch and manual auto switch. Mounted on (4) leg base frame.
