Wall, alloy, and OD The content will be provided by the customer, or will NDE provide it? How big and what kind of flaws are required? (Most depths are indicated in percent of tube wall) Does the standard have any requirements that it must meet? (ASM, etc.) Please send along any artwork you may have, even if it's just a quick hand sketch. Our years of experience in machining a wide variety of flaws enable us to specialise in custom eddy current tubes. As well as TWHs and FBHs, OD and ID grooves, milled flats, and OD and ID thinning bands, there are also ID FBHs, ID contoured flats, 120°/180° wearscars, tapering defects, and other surface imperfections.
