Specifications for Electric Automatic Incubators and Hatchers :

• Designed to operate on 220 Volts AC either single/three phase as specified by the customer.
• The exterior body is of fiber glass whereas the inside body is of galvanized sheets and high quality insulation.
• The front door provided is wide for easy access and maintenance, with a see through glass for observation.
• A slot is provided at the top for water supply which flows in the water pipes sealed beneath the insulation for effective humidity. Also, a control system is provided for maintaining the desired humidity.
• Control Panel – Separate switches for the following functions areprovided.
• Humidity
• Primary heater
• Secondary heater
• Auto turning
• Manual turning
• Electric motor for turning
• Sealed heater with double element.
• Double pressure fan.
• Water cooling system for summer season.
• Double temperature switch for primary and secondary setting.
• Two thermometers for dry temperature and humidity are provided for effective mechanism of the Incubator/Hatcher.
• Heavy duty fans provided to eliminate air pockets and maintain uniform air drift at the temperature required. The Built in cooling central device works to eliminate excess heat.
• Capacities available - 1000/2500/5000/10000/15000/30000 eggs
• In 1000 and 2500 eggs capacity the hatcher is in the same body as incubator. For higher capacities a separate hatcher is provided for easy operation and maintenance.
