Ejector Pins

he ejector pins are used in injection moulds to eject the plastic components from the moulds. There are 2 types 1) plane ejector pins 2) step ejector pins. The material used are En-31 and HDS( hot die steel). Sizes are from dia 01 mm to 20 mm and length between 100mm to 600mm. All ejector pins are readily available in ready stock for despatch. In Injection Moulding, the function of an ejector pin is to push the finished plastic product out of the cavity of the Mould or Die. They are made of Stainless Steel, Iron and other alloys. Types: Straight Ejector Pins: Metric for Head, Core and Surface of Straight type of Nitrided ejector pins. GADS Type - (HRC 58°~62°) GBDS Type - Hot work pins hardened to 50°~54° Nitrided pins of GBDT Type - (HRC 40°~45° - Core; HV900 - Surface) GEPS Type - (HRC 58°~62°) Precision pins of GEPH Type - (HRC 58°~62°)
