Salient Features :

• After making the liquid free from suspended solids, it can be recycled to Wet Scrubber. Makeup water is taken from other sources e.g. B-grade condensate drain, blow down etc.
• Till a maximum possible point, the settled particles are dewatered and are discharged at one point in the trolley. This helps in easy and continuous handling of ash after treatment.
• Minimum H.P. (3 â�� 5 H.P. ) is consumed by the System
• Minimum space and no man power is required
• If the layout of the boiler house permits the installation of the system near wet scrubber, pumping of slurry may be avoided
• Civil construction or dry beds are not required
• The total retention liquid in Rectangular Separator and vertical clarifier is 25 - 30 minutes
