Electronic control system

4.Using approach switch to commutate without contact can ensure high reliability.
Hydraulic system
1.Adopts double pump and double circuit,main pumping circuit and S Valve commutating circuit can work separately.
2.The commutating circuit is oiled by the constant pressure pump,with the advantage of commutation powerful and engine-saving. Adopting taper sealing makes sure the oil circuit can be sealed very well.
3.Using high and low pressure switch valve, to avoid the disassembling tubing.
4.Hydraulic system adopts advanced integrated electro-hydraulic control mode ,which makes commutating more steady and reliable,hydraulic impact smaller,and hydraulic components�¢ï¿½ï¿½ lifetime longer.
Mechanical and Agitating System
1.The wearing parts,such as the wear plate and cutting ring,have a long service life under favorable condition.
2.Brand new arc hopper ,no stir blind angle,no accumulation of materials,easy cleaned and small impact on the S valve.
3.The one-piece casting S valve is made of high-alloy steel materials and equipped with rubber spring ,it can auto-compensate clearance between the eye-glasses and cutting ring to reduce the destroy to wearing parts.
Lubrication System
The patented central automatic lubrication system has a piston grease-pump, features high pressure and reliability, automatically lubricates the piston. The filters at the outlet and the inlet of oil ports as double protections to guarantee the system reliability.
