Electric Drum Heater

We are offering electric drum heater that is used to melt material within the drum that can be extracted or removed. The standard drum size is 200 kg that is fitted with side heaters and bottom heaters. Flp control panel is available separately with the unit and is fitted with the digital control to ensure accurate temperature control. We have drum heater in which entire drum is inserted and semi-solid materials can be liquefied. • heaters are fabricated flame proof by covering the various heating elements with s.s. Tube insulated with m. G. O. Powder.
• ptr 100 ohms sensor is available in the sensor for the exact measurements of temperature
• standard 9 k.w. Load is applied to the drum heater
• temperature controller ensure that temperature does not shoot up beyond set value
• working temperature of the drum heater is 150°c max.
