The Hydraulic Power Hacksaw Machine is has been designed by us for quick & accurate cutting of all nickel, chrome, steel and plastic materials. The Hydraulic Control Hacksaw Machines are facilitated with simple & easy controls. When the operation is complete, an automatic cut out operates while the bow slide returns to a position at the top.
Construction :

• Bed : Rigid casting with a wide through for collection of coolant, swarf & also houses the V - belts device, bed is single piece casting.
• Saw Frame : Rigid construction & runs is prismatic guide ensuring a square & parallel cut & this cut takes place on the backward pull stroke. The blade is hydraulically lifted out of contact with work place on the forward stroke to prevent wear of the blade.
• The Drive : Given to the machine through V - Pulleys with provision to adjust fully the tension of the V - Belts. The Shafts are fitted with taper and ball bearings which eliminate friction.
• Speed : Two speeds suitable for all metals. High speed for metals like mild steel, brass, copper etc. and low speed for cast iron.
• Feed Saw : Controlled hydraulically by two levers provided at the dash - pot. One controls the rate of feed, while the other enables the bow slide to be raised or lowered and the motor gets switched off on completion of the cut.
• Vice : Rigid construction. The one jaw remains fixed while other can be adjusted according to the size of the material to be cut.
• Coolant : Tank is totally enclosed in the machine bade with a constant speed pump which continuously supplies coolant to the saw blade
• Electricals : Push button starter is fitted with an adjustable trip mechanism with stops the machine soon after the blade is clear form the work at extra cost.
