Description :
 Supply of  fully automatic pump automation control panels of different capacities having intelligent unit having ‘ Field  Programmable Logic Controllers  based, SCADA with HMI, digital display of all parameters  ie. Operated Pump Motor Start, Run, Control, Protect against faults automatically operated Control & Management System ’ for Supervisory control and Data Acquisition System at pumping water supply schemes as per specifications & suitable for integration in the existing system.
Capacity : 25 HP, 40 HP, 50 HP, 90HP, 75 HP & 100 HP.
Panel Features :
Panel to activate, operate, control & monitor on line the pumps & other related labeled at each of the ‘Local Stations’ from the ‘Central Control Station’. The satiations shall be accessed ,sequentially or at random, through GSM CUM GPRS MODEM the central control station by dialing on the computer at the central through an attached modem, Field Programmable Logic Controllers & connection established with the GSM CUM GPRS modem & FIELD Field Programmable Logic Controllers at the local station. Once a connection has between the central control & the local station immediately the local station its hardware & software system shall communicate the status of various monitored to the central control & displayed at the monitor screen there.
The software of the automation & dialing system shall be so designed that it is time to establish connection between the central & any of the local station normally shall not exceed 30 seconds after dialing . in case it is to be more the specify it in their offers while submitting technical details of the system offered.
Operational Features :
It shall be possible to activate, operate, control & monitor on line the pumps & other related equipments installed at each of the local stations from the central control station. Broadly the local stations shall be accessed, sequentially or at random through GSM CUM GPRS modem from the central control station by dialing on the computer at the central control station through an attached modem Field Programmable Logic Controllers  & connection established with the GSM CUM GPRS modem & Field Programmable Logic Controllers at the local station. once a connection has been established between the central control & the local stations immediately the local station through its hardware & software system shall communicate the status of various parameters to be monitored to the central control & displayed at the monitor screen there.
The hardware & software of the automation & dialing system shall be so designed that it takes minimum time to establish connection between the central & any of the local stations, which normally shall not exceed 30 seconds after dialing. Its have following features :

Pump Motor Protection Feature :

• The panel shall provide following protections to the pump motor & shall trip the pump motor on occurrence of the fault.
