Tray Dryer is extensively used in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dyestuff, and many other industries. The Tray Dryer is designed for uniform circulation of hot air to maintain the same temperature in the drying cabinet. Constructed with the rigid framework, double walled, heavily insulated with glass wool. Fresh air inlet with filter and moist/hot air outlet provided at the suitable position. The heating system is electrical with optionally steam heating attachment. A heater circuit interlocked with the motor of the fan is provided so that the heaters are switched on only when the fan motor is operating. Temperature is indicated by dial thermometer. Control panel with DOL starter is mounted on the drier body. Tray Dryer will be made up of suitable material as per the requirement of the customer of a suitable thickness of the material.
