Garnet Tools manufactures Weaving and Coating Machine that is engineered to provide consistently accurate performance. We can offer two types of Weaving and Coating Machine such as Blind Weaving machine and Mat Weaving machine. The Weaving and Coating Machines have simple weaving mechanism of linkages. The coating in the machine is done for making incense sticks that are later dried and perfumed. The coating feed mechanism varies as per the type of sticks and automation.
Weaving Type & Working :

• Automatic Blind Weaving Machine : weaves the bamboo slices to window blinds using threads. The horizontal feeding of the bamboo slices and vertical feeding of the slices with threads takes place from the side rollers. These are woven with a simple linkage mechanism
• Automatic Mat Weaving Machine : weaves the slices of bamboo to mats. The feeding of slices takes place at 90â�¦ to each other. With a single stroke, 48 such slices are woven automatically using simple linkage mechanism. The width of the orthogonal slice can be changed within a limit and it is automatically cut across the length.
