AMIN MACHINERY PRIVATE LIMITED, an Engineering Unit (Original Equipment Manufacturer), basically engaged in the manufacture & supply of Welding Automation Equipment (Welding Rotator, Welding Positioners, Column & Boom Manipulator and SPM's), was established in the year 1972 by a young & dynamic technocrat who believes & focus on state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities, quality products & post-sales support/product servicing effectively & Promptly.
Our Registered Office & Works are located at Vitthal Udyognagar, near Anand City (popularly known as Milk City’) in the State of Gujarat (India) about 400 KM northwest to Mumbai and 1000 KM southwest to Delhi. The nearest airports are at Vadodara & Ahmedabad, 40 & 80 KM respectively away from our place, and well linked with road and rail with all the major cities in the country (India).
From small beginnings : The Company has come a long way from its inception, growing multifold to span a wide range of products and activities that serve varied industrial applications. It has also seen adequate infrastructure growth that is so vital in the areas that the Company has specialized – Welding Automation equipment.
The Power of People : with a compact, qualified, vast experienced and a dedicated team of engineers, Amin Machinery Private Limited has been producing & supplying the quality products incorporating innovative ideas & latest technology from time to time to cater the requirement of our valued and quality conscious customers. Further, a team of about 100 personnel – serving the Company for a period ranging from 5 years to more than three decades – handles manufacturing and post sales support/product servicing to perfection with no compromise on quality in the process, product and service, ensuring that only the best products reach the client.
Going Global : The Company has been accredited with ISO:9001-2008 Certification by Quality Registrar ISC, Australia. It had entered into a technical tie-up with world-renowned M/s. F.BODE & SON LTD, U.K., for the transfer of their know-how (design, drawing & other relevant technical data) on Welding Automation Equipment with necessary consent to produce & market these equipment in India.
PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES :- Our parent products (Welding Automation equipment, as listed below,) are being produced based on proven & globally accepted design, drawings & relevant data supplied by F. BODE & SON LTD of U.K, the pioneers & world leaders in the field.
1) Welding Positioner – Ranging capacity from 1 T to 140 T.
2) Conventional Rotators (Model 2/CR & 3/CR series) ranging capacity from 1T to 2000 T.
3) Self Aligning Rotators (Model SAR series) Ranging capacity from 3 T to 500 T.
4) Column & Boom Manipulator of size ranging from 1.8 M x 0.7 M to 12 M x 12 M
Keeping in mind and in order to cater to ever increasing demand of Pipe Industries, we have now introduced/included in our products range and started commercial production of Pipe Bending Machine, Saw Pipe In-feed Conveyors, Blast Conveyors, Cooling Tunnel equipment, Coating Conveyor, Pipe Inside Welding Boom, etc. In addition to above, we are also manufacturing Electric Control Panel of various types & sizes and Kneading Machines / SPM in various capacities / types to suit clients‟ requirements.
We are also the leading manufacturers, fabricators & suppliers of various tailor-made equipment / components as per the specifications and drawings provided by our valued clients to suit their specific needs & applications.
Shop-floor facilities :- We own a full fledged workshop admeasuring 9000 Sq.M. having built up area spread over 50% of total area, housing plate bending machines, hydraulic press, plate rolling, shearing, Profile Gas cutting, Pipe bending & MMAW / GMAW welding machines, etc. in fabrication section and heavy machinery like Horizontal Boring, Milling, Vertical Boring, Heavy Duty Lathe, Radial Drill & other general purpose machines in Machine Shop coupled with material handling facilities like Cranes, etc. & highly precise measuring instruments & testing devices.
