Electrical Control System

The Electrical Control System offered by us has a worm reduction gear box, motor and frequency converter, control panel and pendent. In plano milling mode there is a table to move from 30mm per minute to 400mm per minute in step less range. Its unit has all require cables, output fittings, chain and sprocket, etc. Our Electrical Control System has systemized controls for Forward /Rewind /Stop / Rapid Stop selectors for table feed and similar start/stop and forward /rewind selector for spindle motor is there. This Electrical Control System comprises of Spindle RPM and table feed rate can be easily changed by using the potentiometer given on the of the machine. There are also the calibrated voltmeters giving the spindle and table feed rate will be provided.
The relevant interlocks and sensors / limit switches, etc. will be provided. It has interlocks by operation of planner motor at the time when clutch of Plano-milling is positively disengaged, Table stroke limits, Spindle rotation-table feed interlocks, etc. The necessary cabling material like cables, hoses and connector's for cabling from panel to pendent, motors, limit switches; clutch, etc. had to be provided.
AC Motor and Gear box assembly : AC Motor and Gear box assembly has a AC induction motor of high quality, fit with external axial fan for forced conversion. It encourages proper heat dissipation, when the motor is running continuously at all RPMs. The AC Motor and Gear box assembly will drive the input shaft of a reduction gear box. There is a slip frees suitable timer for the belt drive. The Reduction gear box will be there to make like Elecon /Radicon/ Cyclo, etc.Complete control system : for the planomilling operations requires the given table. It includes controls for spindle, table feed and relevant inter locks. All the controls will be putted in a separate electrical cabinet on floor near to reduction drive unit. The elements used are MCBs, contactors, cables, etc. vital for the control system, of standard reputed makes easily available in India like Siemens/ L&T/ Technic/ Indo kopp, etc.
