Electroforged Gratings

Electroforged Gratings are manufactured from Main bearing bars and forged Secondary bars. Secondary Bars are getting welded with main bars at every joints under high Pressure & Current under automatic process.If quantity requirements are high and size is identical then Electroforged Gratings are advised as time for electroforged gratings are drastically reduced due to higher production capacity on automatic gratings welding machine Size of Gratings panel are of 6 mtr length.Primary Bars and Secondary Bars with @ 700 to 800 weld joints in 1 M x 1M size Gratings give higher stability and load-bearing capacity. This type of Electroforged gratings are mainly used in Power Plants, Oil Refineries, Oil Platforms etc.We are also supplying serrated Gratings as per client requirements and serration will be on main bars for anti- slip properties.
