For high-temperature liquid measurement applications up to 150°C, PTFE liners are utilized. These liners are also suitable for handling toxic liquids such as strong acids or corrosive substances. When dealing with extremely high temperatures up to 200°C and abrasive slurries, PFA liners with appropriate hardness are employed.

In scenarios involving raw water containing sand and quartz particles, Hard Rubber liners are the preferred choice. These liners, when selected with the proper hardness, exhibit minimal wear and tear. Neoprene rubber liners, on the other hand, are commonly used for potable or purified drinking water applications.

The construction of Manas Electromagnetic flow meters follows the full bore type, resulting in negligible pressure drop. By incorporating proper upstream and downstream lengths of pipe during installation, these flow meters can deliver precise flow measurements with uncertainties as low as 0.3%.
