Electronic Aluminum Enclosures

At Richardson Metals, Inc., we have been providing high quality aluminum extrusions since 1980. Our in-house custom extrusion manufacturing capabilities were exemplified when a customer in the electronics industry required our services for custom enclosures. We used our extrusion press to create these enclosures from aluminum. Each enclosure included screw bosses, connections, and Mil or RoHS chemical coat finishes. These electronic enclosures were made to precision tolerances of ±0.005". We were able to turnaround this project within a timeframe of 3 to 4 weeks. We specialize in low to medium range runs of highly accurate extrusions, and we now produce and deliver 100 of these enclosures for this client every year.
