The equipment integrates European standard mechanical lock bodies, electronic locks (password, fingerprint, card), emergency escape locks, and push rod escape lock life testing into one unit. It is a single-station, multi-functional, switchable lock life testing machine. It sets door opening and closing loads for different products and selects the corresponding test programs, with the equipment automatically performing the life test for the respective product. 

European standard mechanical lock body: The door closing load and latch opening load are set, and the EN12209 test program is selected. The equipment completes 75% of the mechanical lock body life test through handle operation driven by a servo motor. It then switches to knob operation for deadbolt and latch modes to complete the remaining 25% of the lock body life test.

Electronic lock: By selecting the EN14846 test program, unlocking via password, fingerprint, or card can be set. The XY-axis robotic arm inputs the password, fingerprint, or card, then operates the handle to open the test door, and under the door closing force, closes the door, completing the full function test of the electronic lock. The handle can be locked upwards.

It meets the latest EN 14846 standard testing requirements.
