Electronics Unit Panels

A customer in the electronic industry needed a company with the volume capacity to custom coat panels for an electronics application. American Japanning was up to the challenge, hired by the customer to provide the premium coating to their critical specifications. The panel was composed of aluminum, with various dimensions and contours. Utilizing our adhesion spray process along with a chromate conversion immersion pre-treatment, the unit was effectively prepared for coating. The treatment process consisted of a primer, base coat, and a texture coating.
Turnaround time for this project was 7 to 10 days, with a high volume production agreement and shipping worldwide. We accept custom projects of all quantities, from low volumes to high, with varied lot sizes.
