Design philosophy:

But when terminal electric field rapped will bring twice dust, which cause a little of dust escaping phenomenon, limit the electric precipitator efficiency.
However, bag filter has high collection efficiency, won't cause dust escaping when cleaning, but operation of light furnace to put in oil is complex, if improper operation then will damage the filter bag.

High dust concentration of the flue gas, when through by the unit of electrostatic dust, even if one electric field can remove more than 85% dust, when smoke reaches to the unit of the bag dust removal, only left a little amount of dust, through bag emission, the concentration can be ã�â¢ã¯â¿â½ã�⦠20mg m3.
2. Filter bad has long service life.
A lot of dust was removed when flue gas passing through the electrostatic precipitator, flue gas arrived the bag filter area, only left a small amount of fine dust, small loads on bag, dust erode the bag lightly, cleaning times are a quarter of pure bag dust remover, thus reduced bag abrasion, extend service life of bag , pulse valve and air compressor.
