Elevator Belt

We are offering elevator belt
the carcass is a kind of rubber dipped synthetic fabric bearing low stretched polyester warp and nylon weft. Adding a wear resistant fabric on the side which the belt contact with the elevator pulley which works as the interface between the elevator belt and the pulley.
features:
1. Low extensibility, high tensile strength, oil resistant, suitable for moderate oily material.
2. The reformed structure that adding a wear resistant fabric on the side which the belt contact with the elevator pulley can improve the transmission efficiency of the elevators, enhance the fastener retention and prevent the bolt from pulling through the belt, to ensure the tight join of bucket and belt.
3. No cover rubber splitting caused by frequent contact with the pulley.
4. More cost effective than the traditional rubber elevator belt.
