    Amla is one of the most often used herb in Indian Ayurveda. It has a reputation as a powerful rejuvenating herb. The Amla fruit is reputed to have the highest content of vitamin C of any natural occurring substances in nature. Amla possesses the highest level of heat and storage stable vitamin C known to man.

    The fruit is the richest source of Vitamin C and is a diuretic, aperient, laxative. Amla is also used in the treatment of constipation & diarrhea Vitamin C serves as a detoxifier of the liver and is involved in the formation of liver bile It cures insomnia For promoting hair growth and prevent premature graying of hair. Amla powder are used in the treatment of scalp and hair dye - Vitamin C aids in improving scalp circulation.
    It is important to maintain capillaries that carry blood to the follicles. It is useful in hemorrhage, menprrhagia, leucorrhoea and discharge of blood from uterus Amla powder improves immunity and gives physical strength - Vitamin C increases the production of infection-fighting white blood cells and antibodies and increases levels of interferon, the antibody that coats cell surfaces, preventing the entry of viruses.
