1.Machine Structure:
Our machine body, cross beam, base etc. are made of "Jinan Black" natural granite with all precision surfaces manual grinding to achieve and maintain stable structure and high precision.
2.High Precision Combination:
High-precision guideway, ball screw and mechanical parts are directly installed on the grinded surface of high-precision "Jinan Black" granite to achieve the best accuracy combination after assembly.
3.Control System:
Adopt professional control system with powerful tools managenent, compensation production, humanized interface, and automatic loading and unloading functions. The accuracy can be controlled and reached to μ level.
4.Drive System:
High-end bus absolute value drive system for all axes is equipped to ensure high accuracy in the drive process.
Our machine can process hot stamping dies, embossing dies, hot foil dies and so on.

Firstly, the cnc center is to be packed with plastic sheet for cleaning and damp proofing.
Secondly, the cnc machine is to be put in the plywood case for safety and clashing.
