The equipment is combined with EN 179 exit locks, EN 1125 panic bars, and EN 1158 sequential release testing requirements, and is equipped with 2 test doors. 

Test Door A is used for the life cycle testing of EN 179 exit locks and single-leaf ANSI 156.3 exit locks. The door lock sample is mounted on the test door via a lock block. According to the product grade, different test door weights can be configured, and the latch load and maximum closing force can be set. The latch can be operated and the door opened by manipulating the handle under a loaded latch condition, and the door can then be closed under the specified closing force. When the sample exhibits faults such as excessive opening force or closing force, the equipment automatically stops operation. The handle operation is driven by a stepper motor.

Test Doors A and B, combined as a double door setup, are used to test EN 1125 panic bars. According to the product grade, different test door weights can be configured, and the latch load and maximum closing force can be set. Under a loaded latch condition, the panic bar can be operated to unlock the exit mechanism, and the door can then be closed under the specified closing force. It is compatible with both single-door panic bar life cycle testing and double-door (active leaf / inactive leaf) combined panic bar life cycle testing. 

It meets the latest EN 179, EN 1125, and EN 1158 standard testing requirements.
