Empty Glass Bottle Palletizer

De-palletizer mainly is used to de-palletize various glass jar. It will de-palletizer the empty bottle from stack to conveyor again and again. Save much manpower, improve working efficiency.

Machine feature :

• Mainly is made of good quality carbon steel tube by welding, appearance is processed with  stoving varnish, beautifui designed.
• The machine maid part is made of high-quality carbon steel pipe, and the structure is stable. Include one fulled multi-layers stack storaging area. Conveyor power system is match with tranducer; driving system adopt high-strength double row roller chain, include guide bar; the guard bar of double sides for fulled stack is adopt high-quality steel pipe, can correct the stack direction; the main stacking station is designed with oriented structure to ensure the cans to come into smoothly.
• The whole full multi-layers stack elevator staition is designed with double direction clamp plate, can insure the whole full multi-layers stack keep into correct shape, in case the jar or cans will drop or break when elevat; elevator motor match with tranducer, if electric is stopped suddenly, elevator won’t drop down, will keep at same area, in sure worker’s safe; elevator is Double guide cantilever structure, stable, high quality loading ability, high area Utilization; power driving system adopt high-strength double row roller chainï¼ï¿½ stable elevating; machine top installs sensor(magnet switch), can check the fulled stack position, contorlling elevator accuracy.
• De-palletizing process is finished by Surrounded clasp structure. It will contorl the whole layer of fulled stack when move, then tranducer controlling motor will drive synchronous belt to work, insure the cans or jar won’t change shape or fall down when move directly.
• Bottle conveyor adopt stainless steel plate, belt material is POM, stable moving, high abrasive resistance.
• This machine also designed with empty stack automatic collecting machine, lift motor match with tranducer, empty Lift beam is drived by cylinder, can open and close automaticlly. Empty stack biggest loading quantity is 10 pieces.
• This machine can add paperboard automatic collecting device, matching with 10 pieces of organ type suction cups, absorbsolidly. Also can be used to certain range of cruved paperboard. The absorbing device can match with Surrounded clasp de-palletizer structure, we de-palletizer come back, absorb device also will finish the whole process, and absorb the paperboard to paperboard storage platform. Save empty jar&cans de-palletizer time, improve working efficiency.
