Concept of Induction Lamp : An Induction Lamp is an Electrode-Less Fluorescent Lamp. Without electrodes, the lamp relies on the fundamental principles of electromagnetic induction and gas discharge to create light. When the low frequency supply applied then the current flows through the energizing coils wrapping around the ferrite cores, inductive electric field is produced around a gas-filled glass tube and the gas is discharged.
