Since 2008, Boosung Engineering has been manufacturing the waste heat recovery dryer called E-Saver.
E-Saver is a creation exploiting low temperature waste energy by recycling the heat only, without other heat transfer media.
This system is designed for heat recovery from drying process of flexible package printing, coating and laminating.
Following are the Key Features of E-Saver
- Saves about 60 – 80 % of energy resulting in direct reduction of total production cost.
- Reduces Residual Solvent
- Increases Cooling Efficiency
- Reduced VOC Emission due to reduction in exhaust temperature
