Our engine valves are supplied to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in international markets; hence they undergo rigorous material and dimensional testing. Our Engine Valves are manufactured with extreme precision using high quality material and latest manufacturing processes like friction welding. The Engine Valves are treated using several methods that impart strength and endurance against damage.

• Bimetal valves are used in critical application where thermal loads are high. Making the valve stem from magnetic, more economical material and valve head from non-magnetic but more expensive material allows us to strike the optimum combination of high performance valves at competitive prices
• Nitrated to increase performance of exhaust valves that undergo high thermal loads due to high exhaust gas temperatures
• Chrome plated valve stem to increase the wear resistance due to friction against valve guide
• Stellited valve seat to get high hot hardness at the seat for heavy duty applications
