• Erection of Machines as per Drawings, Fabrication, Erection of Structures as per drawings

• Step 1 : Receipt of Enquiry at Organization
• Step 2 : Going through the complete Bill Of Quantities & Bill Of Materials in the enquiry.
• Step 3 : Quoting / Offering to the Customer with best prices as per the BOQ.
• Step 4 : After the receipt of P.O. we shall go through the complete scope of work involved for the project.
• Step 5 : Consequently we shall perform the Contract Review & decide the exact quantity of materials involved for this project.
• Step 6 : Next, we perform the Designing of the project in AutoCAD describing the GA Drawing, Single Line Diagram (SLD), foundation details & involved Civil Work details.
• Step 7 : After having the drawings approved from Customer, we proceed for Erection of the materials involved for the project at Plant.
• Step 8 : After Erection of the materials, we perform the Pre-Commissioning tests & final Commissioning of the materials.
• Step 9 : After Commissioning, we perform the materials & Panels testing at Site.
• Step 10 : After successful testing, we complete the Plant & Panel charging at Site.
