Enkamat GEOGRIDS

Geogrids are geosynthetics used for soil reinforcement. Made of polyester, polypropylene or PVA, they can be woven, knitted from yarns or laser-welded from tapes. Geogrids are geosynthetic products of which the openings between the longitudinal and transverse ribs, called “apertures,” are larger than the ribs itself.
They are made of polyester, polyproylene or PVA and may be woven or knitted from yarns, or laser-welded from large tapes.
The main function issoil reinforcement, because of the tensile strength and interlocking effect with the soil. Therefore these products are commonly used to reinforce retaining walls, as well as subbases or subsoils below roads or structures.
