The crane is constructed using a precision-engineered single box-type girder made from mild steel or IS 2062-grade structural steel. It is equipped with an electric wire rope hoist or chain hoist, depending on load requirements, and offers a lifting capacity typically ranging from 0.5 tons to 20 tons. Span lengths can be customized from 5 meters to over 25 meters. The system operates through a three-phase electric motor drive, with control via a pendant push-button station, radio remote control, or cabin operation. Travel motion is achieved using gear motors and antifriction bearings for smooth performance. It features overload protection, limit switches, and fail-safe brakes for safety and reliability. The entire crane is designed to comply with IS 807, IS 3177, and IS 3938 standards. Optional features include variable frequency drives (VFD), flameproof components, and maintenance platforms
