Epoxy coating

Epoxy coating serves as a physical barrier to protect reinforcing steel. Epoxy coating on steel acts as a very effective barrier to aggressive agents, particularly chloride ions, which will not easily diffuse through a continuous epoxy coating. Hence the steel surface is protected and more durable for construction purposes. 
Epoxy coating is one of the most integral parts of the construction industry. The dry powder is produced by combining organic epoxy resins, with curing agents, fillers, pigments, and flow control agents. When heated, the powder melts and the constituents react to form complex cross-linked polymers. Once cured, the coating will not soften at higher temperatures. 
Over all Epoxy coatings are environmentally friendly materials. Unlike many paints, the fusion-bonded epoxy coatings used for steel reinforcement do not contain appreciable solvents or other environmentally hazardous substances. We take and undergo high measures of quality control both internally and externally at all our production plants. Moreover our epoxy plant is CARES certified thereby assuring you high and premium quality products.
