JYOTI EPOXY is a stain free, color fast chemical for ceramic resistance 100% solid epoxy grout for ceramic tile, vitrified tile, marble and stone
APPLICATION:
JYOTI EPOXY is ideally suited for residential and commercial installations were materials must resist physical abuse, shock and chemical attack.
CAUTION:
This production can be irritating to eyes and skin. Avoid prolonged contact with eyes and skin. In case of direct contact with eyes, wash eyes immediately with water and seek medical attention quickly, do not swallow. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

· Resin Kit consists of part a hardener (90 g) part B Resin (180 g), Scrub pad and a pair of gloves. Part C Filler powder (730 g)
METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Before grouting the joints should be dry. The surface must be cleaned and made free of any dust or deleterious matters. The base and hardener shall be mixed together in a container to get a uniform consistent mix. The filler shall be added to the solution and mixed with a slow speed drill till a uniformly colored and homogenous grout is obtained.
The mixed grout shall be filled into the joints using a spatula. Care shall be taken to ensure the joints and around the edges are filled properly. Any surplus material shall be cleaned off with a damp sponge or cloth. The cleaning shall be done before the material gets. Otherwise mechanical cleaning may be necessary.
SHELF LIFE:
10 months in sealed container if stored below 35 Degree centigrade.
