Eraxis 100mg Injection is an antifungal medication that belongs to a class of drugs called fungal ergosterol synthesis inhibitors containing the active ingredient Anidulafungin. It is used to treat certain invasive fungal infections. It is effective against various types of invasive candidiasis, such as candidemia (Candida bloodstream infection) and oesophagal candidiasis (fungal infection affecting the oesophagus). Invasive candidiasis occurs when candida yeasts enter the bloodstream or other internal organs and cause systemic infections.
