Erdafitinib Tablet, Dosage Form : 3MG 4MG 5MG, Purity : Pure for Oral

erdafitinib is a kinase inhibitor indicated for the treatment of adult patients with locally advanced or metastatic urothelial carcinoma with susceptible FGFR3 genetic alterations whose disease has progressed on or after at least one line of prior systemic therapy. 

The medication is available as film-coated tablets in three strengths: 3 mg  4 mg ), and 5 mg. 

 The recommended starting dosage is 8 mg (two 4 mg tablets) taken orally once daily, which may be increased to 9 mg (three 3 mg tablets) once daily if serum phosphate levels are less than 5.5 mg/dL and the drug is well-tolerate
