Ergonomic chairs are designed to suit a range of people; however, it takes lot of effort to make chairs that will suit everyone. A chair becomes ergonomic when it specifically suits a worker's body size and also considering his or her particular workstation and the tasks that are performed there.
We need to really understand also why finding the right chair is so important. Many of our day to day activities while at home, travel, office or industry involve sitting.
