ESD PP Corrugated Box

We manufacture a wide range of ESD PP Corrugated Bins / Crates for the Electronics industry, where these are used for movements & storage of mobile phone components, PCBs, electronic chips etc., which are sensitive to static charge.
The electronic components are very sensitive and vulnerable to stationary electric charges. To protect the electronic parts, the manufacturers of electronic devices require that the bins / crates for electronic components must discharge the static electricity.
Compared with the injection moulded ESD bins, our corrugated plastic ESD bins are much lower in cost and lightweight, making them the ideal bins for delivering various components, such as computer motherboard, electronic chips, mobile phones & tablets parts, etc.
These are partitioned with Conductive Polypropylene Corrugated Meshes to keep inside multiple quantities of various products, at electronic industry assembly lines, white goods manufacturing lines for safe storage of electronic components like PCB etc.
Furthermore, the bins can be designed with protective cushioning of EVA / EP Foams for protecting the delicate parts which are stacked inside safely.
