We are offering essential oils are generally the active ingredient of the respective spiceflower rootfruitnut. They are extracted by using traditional steam distillation process. In certain cases where higher purity is required,new super critical extraction process using co2 under high pressure is being employed.
Oleoresins are the concentrated liquid from the spicesflowersrootsnutsbark derived generally through solvent extraction(in certain cases co2 extraction) and contain the holistic character of the respective spice (including flavor and color). Spice oleoresins are are used in various industries like food processing,meat industry,pharmaceutical industry, baking industry etc.
Oleoresins contains the resinous part of the spiceflowers rootnutsbark and its essential oils and hence have higher viscosity than essential oils
