An ISO 9001: 2000 certified for implementing ISO-9001 Quality Management Systems (dated 08/01/2003. Regn.No. R-91/1304). The certifying body is ICS-JAS ANZ (International Certification Service and Joint Accreditation Services by Australia and New Zealand). The organization has successfully implemented the Quality Management System in all the stages of production such as In-Coming, In-Process, and Final Stages.
The quality of the material is ensured at receiving stage by doing 100% incoming inspection and also through adopting International Standard like IS-2500 - Sampling Plan for incoming inspection for the material procured in terms of thousands. The in-process inspection is done to different processes in the production that includes Soldering, Wiring, Assembling and Testing. Furthermore, essential records such as Test Reports are maintained to ensure the processes are carried out with proper Inspection. We keep necessary Work Instructions, Test Procedures, Graphs, Pictorial Diagrams as part of Quality Management Systems implementation.
Facilities
The organization has 24 hours Power Supply along with additional facility of 50 KVA Diesel Generator. We also have measuring equipments like CRO, Digital Multi-Meters, Digital Clamp Meters, etc. These equipments have calibration traceability that meets National Standards like ETDC, CPRI for measuring accuracy.
The organization has sophisticated electronic equipments such as storage Oscilloscopes and Digital Power Analyzer, Digital Multi- Meters to measure the testing parameters of the UPS Systems and other products. The company has necessary Testing Jigs, Loads and Fixtures to perform the production activities. This company is backed with its own transportation facility to meet the immediate requirements of the customers to deliver the products on time and also has transportation vehicles for service activities
