Ester Solvent Ink, Brand Name : CNINK, Packaging Type : White

Ester solvent ink is the ester-soluble polyurethane composite ink which is developed by us basic on the phenyl ketone type ink. This item has wide applicability and it is green environmental and usable. Especially it has very good cost performance in the high standard of package printing. Besides for the gravure printing, this item also works well for some special field, such as the thermal lamination.
I. Character:
1. As he solvent of this item is without benzene or ketone, but with ester and alcohol, so it meets the requirements of environmental protection and health.
2. It is bright in color and with good dot reproducibility.
3. It has good scraper applicability and suitable for long time printing.
4. It is available to add the curing agent for special usage, such as for high temperature boil, and the remaining two-fluid ink may be reused.
Ii. Applicable substrate:
polyester (pet): the surface tension should be more than 50 dyne.
Nylon (ny): the surface tension should be more than 52 dyne.
Polypropylene (opp): the surface tension should be more than 38 dyne.
Iii. Diluent and printing viscosity:
1. In normal printing condition the diluent could be medium-drying solvent from full printing to intaglio halftone printing. If use slow-drying solvent, please attention for solvent residual and sticky-dirty phenomenon.
2. For the best viscosity the printing with color ink of this item should be set to 14-18 secondzc#3. The printing with white ink should be set to13-16 secondzc#3.
