note: both converter at the both sides must be under the same mode
dip sel4-8=time slot setting switch: adopt binary system. (valid under time slot mode)
on stand for‘1’，off stand for‘0’。
sel:4 means highest，sel:8 means lowest
i.e.:
sel:4=off sel:5=off sel:6=on sel:7=on sel:8=on
setting as above means that ethernet data use 1~7 time slots
note: time slots of both converter must be set as the same under time slot mode
