Indications :

Pulmonary tuberculosis
Extrapulmonary tuberculosis
Atypical mycobacterium infections such as mycobacterium avium complex (mac)
Leprosy

Dosage :

Adult : 0.5 to 1 g daily in divided doses 15 to 20 mg kg (given as a single daily dose, up to maximum of 1 g.)
Children : 12 to 15 mg kg body weight daily to a maximum of 750 mg daily in divided doses
Some children have received 20 mg kg daily
15 to 20 mg kg (given as a single daily dose)
Renally Impaired Patients : dosage should be reduced to 250–500 mg daily in patients with creatinine clearance

Packing : 5 strips of 6 tablets
