EWS446 Triplex Piston Pump Liner Piston and Valve Seat

Elw440446 pump can be widely used in all kinds of worksin oil field. When the cylinder liner specification is 6�-3 12�, pistonstructure is recommended and it is suitable for oil-well repair andshallow-well drilling, etc. When the cylinder liner specification is 3 14�-2�,axial piston structure is recommended and it is suitable for high-pressurework.

supreme liner(bi-metal liner) for ews446 triplex piston pump has zise from3-12" to 6". With alloy steel outer shell and over 27% chrome inner sleeve.
The bore hardness is60 to 65 rc while the hull has high tensile strength of more than 90000psi. Allhy-chrome liner are manufactured with an �hp� lip in case of inner sleeveslippage.
Theservice life of this liner is more than 800 hours under normal drillingconditions. Eastland�s hy-chrome liners are made for superior performance undertough corrosive and abrasive conditions.

surface and greater fluid flow and easier maintenance and seat pulling.
