GZG Series Vibrating Feeder composes of feed trough, vibration motor and vibration reduction system, etc. This series of vibrating feeder, which use the vibration motor as its source, makes the two and same vibrating motor which fixes on the feed rough to do the same opposite direction from the synchronous rotating. The eccentric block, which the vibrating motor rotates, do the rotation moment along the throw. It make the body of bearing on the absorber do the vertical vibration, then make the material which has been thrown up at same time do vertical movement. After the material drop in the feed trough, move quickly in order to achieve the purpose of transportation of materials.
GZG Series feeder by adjusting the vibration of the motor excitation force can be easily changed to the feed rate; the structure can be divided into open and closed. If you transport the corrosive materials, you must use the stainless steel material contact parts .Installation can be divided into-block and hanging. We can also do the special design as our client’s requirement.
