Inlet and exhaust valves are precision engine components used for sealing the combustion chamber that controls the gas exchange process in internal combustion engines.

The thermally lower stressed inlet valves are cooled by the incoming gases. In contrast, exhaust valves are subject to high thermal stresses and chemical corrosion during the exhaust cycle. Therefore, a wide range of materials and geometries are used in the design for exhaust valves.

Based on the demands from our customer we also can provide chrome plating on stem dia. and steallite coating on seat dia. The steallite is cobalt base.
