Exothermic Sleeve

We offer exothermic sleeve.
RISEREX-16 is a highly exothermic and insulating sleeve
and used for Iron & Steel Castings. It is available in
different types, like open, blind, William core and highly
feed efficient insert sleeve. Available sizes are from 25mm
to 150mm diameter with 12mm increments and height up
to 150mm. This may save riser metal as high as 70%
compared to sand lined risers.
RISEREX-15 is a moderately exothermic and insulating
sleeve used for medium to heavy iron and steel castings.
This is available in different sizes from 150mm to 300mm
diameter and at height of 150mm and 200mm for building
up riser height as per requirement. It may save riser metal
up to 20-25% as compared to sand line riser.
