Expanded Polystyrene Panels

The EPS panel is a stressed skin sandwich panel, comprised of pre-painted steel skins continuously laminated over a fire retardant treated expanded polystyrene (EPS) core. EPS core, whilst having a fire retardant additive is not fire rated. Expanded Polystyrene Panels can be used in horizontal or vertical applications and with a range of colour, joint and profile options, it can meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the clients to be applied in areas such as sports centers, commercial premises, offices, warehouse and factories. Expanded Polystyrene Panels’s range of colours, joints and profiles deliver a first class finish inside and outside. These Expanded Polystyrene Panels can be joined with a standard slip joint or a tongue and groove type joint. These Expanded Polystyrene Panels allow easy and rapid installation whilst providing greater strength to walls as well as a clean & smooth finish.

Specifications :

• Material- galvalume steel galvanized steel aluminium
• Thickness- 0.35mm to 0.70mm thick for top skin and 0.35 to 0.50mm for liner (internal skin)
• Colours- bare, millfinish, off white, sky blue, royal blue, toarus blue, mist green, caufield green, brick red, sheel grey, etc., for topskin and pure white for liner
