Resistoflex expansion joints are made of contour molded PTFE, providing exceptional corrosion resistance and flex-life. The flexible liner is molded over the metallic sealing face. Different numbers of convolutions accommodate varying degrees of misalignment, axial travel, and angular deflection between components:
