Product Details

For pipelines having short launcher / receiver barrels, VKVC designs, manufactures, tests, installs and commissions extension barrels for existing pig barrels. These barrels extend the length of the launcher / receiver. Adaptors are custom made to suit any make of quick opening end closure (QOEC) / quick opening closure (QOC) available over extension barrels. VKVC extension barrels enables intelligent pigging to be carried out on the existing barrels. A major advantage is that no hot work is required for installation of the extension barrels. VKVC pig extension barrels are custom designed by the engineering team at VKVC. The entire unit is precision machined in house at the VKVC machine shop and fabrication facility.
