EXTRA HEAVY DUTY CASTERS Series 72-A / 73-A

The Series 72-A and 73-A Casters are designed specifically for power drawn applications. The offset king pin places the wheel near the outboard edge of the vehicle assuring great stability and excellent tracking. A large main load bearing provides the easy swiveling action desired. The selection of wheels and tread types will meet any power drawn requirement.
Features
Construction: Durable fabricated construction features extra heavy steel plate for top plate and yoke.
Swivel: A large diameter precision machined ball race with a full compliment of large diameter hardened and polished steel balls make up the main load bearing. Secondary bearing is a precision thrust bearing.
Fork: Deep drawn legs for strength, continuously welded inside and out the yoke.
King Bolt: High strength steel with crown nut and cotter pin.
Axle: Hugh strength steel, threaded on both ends.
Wheels: 8, 10, and 12 inch diameters in rubber, plastic, urethane or metal tread.
Wheel Bearings: All wheels are available with straight or tapered roller bearings. Straight roller bearings consist of a split outer raceway with high quality hardened steel rollers held parallel to the axle by a steel retainer. A hardened and ground sleeve provides a precision inner race.
Lubrication: Readily accessible pressure fittings in swivel assembly and hub.
Finish: Durable corrosion resistant finish.
RIGID CASTER: The 73-A matching rigid caster has the same type of welded steel construction, wheel offset and wheel selection.
