stainless steel tip is hard enough for normal wear, but longer tip life needs diamond or tungsten carbide inserts in the stainless steel tip. Starking manufactures and supplies extrusion tips with natural diamond, polycrystalline diamond, tungsten carbide and high quality cr12 (tool steel) inserts.
starking diamond and tungsten carbide inserts are recommended for longer tip life, lower operating costs, fewer wire breaks, dependable, uniformly repeatable quality.
starking extrusion tips and dies are designed in a way that allows pvc to flow freely through the extrusion die eliminating the chance of the pvc getting trapped and burning up.
